In your day to day life, how do you make time for intimacy?Intimacy is part of my self-care practice. I spend time alone nurturing myself - bathing then anointing myself with oils. I ignite the senses through cooking. Sunbathe on the roof. All of this soothes and relaxes me for intimacy.With social distancing & quarantine, how has human contact changed for you?I live with my son and my partner so I am around humans I love daily. But with my work as a doula and educator, a lot of our education has moved online, including our doula training programs. It’s been interesting to bring my energy to the digital space in a different way.
